B2B Technical Sales Executive


Our client is looking to employ a B2B Technical Sales Executive within a local IT services company offering holistic IT solutions. Working closely with a versatile and dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Targeting customers and generating new leads and business opportunities by promoting the company’s products and services to the local market
  • Managing and maintaining current accounts, arranging meetings and conducting on site demos
  • Conducting Solution Presentations to customers and creating solution proposals 
  • Creating and making presentations and handling complex tasks with an innovative approach
  • Collaborating with channel partners and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Achieving and exceeding KPI’s set by managers and contributing to overall company targets
  • Work closely with the management team in forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
  • Keeping updated with technology and industry developments

Education and Experience:

  • You must have a flair for technology coupled with excellent business acumen
  • IT Bachelor Degree or an equivalent professional qualification would be considered an asset
  • Preferably hold 2 years experience of consolidated IT services experience
  • Experience in tender submission would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge and use of office, reporting and CRM tools


  • Fluency in English. Maltese would be preferred  
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and an ability to develop new opportunities
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving capability
  • Negotiation and persuasiveness skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and be a self starter
  • Strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to build trust and customer retention
