Sales and Marketing Executive (FMCG)

In this B2B Sales & Marketing Executive job, you will be responsible for the sale and marketing of a portfolio of leading wines, spirits and beers within the FMCG industry. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting clients within the FMCG industry and understanding their requirements whilst promoting the company’s products
  • Generating leads and approaching potential clients
  • Assisting with planning, building and implementing the yearly marketing plan
  • Highlighting and recommending products and promotions which best meet client’s needs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, by conducting meetings in person and regular follow-ups via phone and email
  • Negotiating sale proposals, terms of agreement and closing sales
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a sales environment, coupled with a proven sales track record within the FMCG environment
  • A hands-on approach to work, strong business acumen as well as a demonstrated passion for sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Maltese
  • A clean and valid driving license
