B2B Sales Executive

€20,000 - €25,000  |  Malta

As a B2B Sales Executive you will be responsible for the sale and promotion of the company’s portfolio of office furniture within the business industry while offering an excellent customer care experience in the process.  Your responsibilities will be the following :

  • Approaching new clients and understanding their requirements whilst promoting the company’s products
  • Identifying potential revenue paths within existing clients and customers
  • Generating leads and approaching potential clients
  • Meeting and dealing with customers’ requests efficiently
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, by conducting meetings in person and regular follow-ups via phone and email
  • Negotiating sale proposals, terms of agreement and closing sales
  • Ensuring that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible
  • Assist customers with their selection process, providing guidance on products and aftercare needs
  • Following up on the sales order and making sure agreed time frames are met
  • Familiarise yourself and keep abreast with the furniture industry

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 & Saturday: 09:00-12:00 (week in, week out)

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a sales / business development position within the furniture industry
  • A hands-on approach to work, strong business acumen as well as a demonstrated passion for sales
  • Strong client management skills
  • A clean and valid driving license

Skills

  • Flair for sales with good customer service history
  • Approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English
