Account Representative

  South of Malta  |  up to €20,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading supplier are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Account Representative. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for their clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Reporting to the Business Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main liaison between the company and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify opportunities for upselling products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 16:00

Requirements

  • Excellent command in English, Maltese would be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Proven local experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a clean driving licence.
