Property Coordinator


Within this job as Property Coordinator you will be assisting the Property Director in the day-to-day operations and management of the facilities. Your duties will include:-

  • Manage existing tenants and attend to their requests and any complaints in an efficient and polite manner
  • Liaise with maintenance personnel and cleaners to ensure all facilities are well maintained and kept clean
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented in the stipulated timeframes
  • Carry out the necessary inspections ensuring the proper upkeep of the company's facilities
  • Compile necessary reporting to the Property Director on facility management
  • Oversee any tenant move-outs or move-ins

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in facility management or technical operations
  • A Diploma level of Education is required
  • Fluency in written and verbal English as well as Maltese
  • Proficiency IT applications, including MS Office


  • Be a mature and customer-centric individual
  • Possess an outgoing personality coupled with a meticulous and driven approach to work
  • Experience in the field of property management will be considered an asset
  • Driving License and own car is needed for this role
