Our client is a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Quality Assurance and Process Specialist to join their team.
The Role
You will oversee and align the company’s operations with international standards, compliance, and best practices to maintain reliability and consistency.
You will develop and implement a comprehensive quality system to ensure compliance with international standards, regulations, and best industry practices.
You will monitor company operations, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.
You will develop and maintain quality assurance policies and processes for all company departments, ensuring compliance and identifying necessary changes.
Handle regular audits and inspections will be conducted to verify compliance and address any areas needing improvement.
You will collaborate with all departments to implement quality assurance procedures and provide training and support to employees.
You will stay up-to-date with industry changes and advancements in quality standards is essential to continuously enhance the company’s processes.
You will report progress and compliance status to upper management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership skills are essential, along with knowledge of international quality standards and experience in developing quality assurance processes
Extensive knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies Excellent understanding of combined cycle power plant processes and equipment
