Our Client, one of Malta’s leading companies, is looking for a Quality & Assurance Officer to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
The overseeing and improving an Operational Quality Assurance system that compiles with ISO 9001.
Ensure an operational CE certification and apply the required changes through assessment and analysis for a high-quality product.
Keep well informed of technical and professional developments within the industry.
Manage and maintain highly organized Quality records and documentation, whilst updating the company’s Quality Manual continuously.
Establish training required and ensure provision and implementation of the Quality Assurance Procedures.
Conduct regular audit procedures and processes, and overview standards and policies.
Assist and deliver financial expenditure reports and annual budgets.
Catalogue all Quality reports and Statistical reviews, whilst certifying that all legal requirements are met.
Logically assess processes, utilising established technical models, acknowledging issues whilst lodging and analyse solutions and improvements.

Posses interpretation, investigative and report writing skills
Education & Experience
An understanding of Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies
Knowledge of the industry and professional, technical or scientific expertise
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must hold a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
