Quality Assurance Officer (Pharmaceutical)

Our client specializing in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Updating QA documentation and maintaining quality logs and document registers 
  • Performing training sessions on GMP and quality for company personnel
  • Reviewing and distribution of product approval package and printed packaging material artwork
  • Reviewing of item master in ERP software 
  • Verifying and maintaining suppliers/customer certifications 
  • Reviewing CAPAs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Reviewing internal change requests to ensure compliance 
  • Liaising with other department on assigned validation exercises 
  • Reviewing of protocols and reports 
  • Participating in Audits and third-party API and finished dosage manufacturing sites 
  • Assisting the QA/RA with regulatory and customer audits

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Scientific Degree or Diploma
  • Previous experience within a regulated industry
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Possess good problem solving skills

Education & Experience

Degree in Chemistry or Applied Science will be given preference
