Our client a well-known comapny here in Malta is seeking to recruit a Projects Coordinator - Renewable Energy in this position you will report to the Departmental manager and be responsible for:-
Responsibilities
Handling administrative matters of the department, including liaising with stores, maintaining stocks, and preparation of parts requisitions for various projects
Assisting with putting together quotations and supporting the divisional manager with any drawings, and electrical configurations
Undertake site visits and liaise with clients and third-parties before and after PV and Under Floor Heating installations, and other affiliated products
Support for technical client queries and provide the necessary assistance
To liaise with the after-sales department in the allocation of relevant technicians to support various projects and installations
Filing/archiving of any department documentation related to projects and orders
To coordinate site visits pre-and post-installation
Monitor stocks and process purchase orders
Prepare the necessary requisitions for deliveries and co-ordinate with installers
Ensure that client requests are executed in a safe, timely, and profitable manner
Responding to telephone and e-mail queries as needed
Experience and Skills
Ideally, you will have experience in PV installations and conversant with electrical configurations
Formal qualification and at least 2 years’ experience in Under Floor installations will be ideal
Have a Wireman's License A and/or B
Hold an excellent level of both English and Maltese
