Our client, a leading private educational institution, is recruiting for a Projects Executive who is competent to handle both administrative and project management tasks and can complement the CEO's working style. This position is suitable for individuals who excel in an environment that highly values analytical decision-making, creative problem-solving, and effective project delivery.
Your duties will include;
- Embrace the CEO's analytical approach by furnishing comprehensive, well-researched information to inform decision-making.
- Assist in bringing innovative concepts to fruition by developing actionable plans, while considering practical constraints.
- Skillfully oversee the intricate aspects of projects, striking a balance between the CEO's overarching vision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Foster efficient communication and coordination among team members.
- Take the lead on significant projects such as the Annual Business Conference and oversee coordination of EU projects.
- Deliver high-level administrative support by managing the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role with project management responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to critically evaluate and synthesise information.
- Demonstrate experience in turning creative ideas into practical, executable plans.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a proven track record of managing detailed projects to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written English, whilst fluency in Maltese is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Education & Experience
Diploma level of education is desirable
