Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Malta.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate the collection and approval of business requirements from the stakeholders / internal management
  • Project resources, documentation and contracts for successful project planning and implementation
  • Manage and coordinate the working schedules for the Developers to ensure their focus is on the right project
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, to ensure that project status and progress is communicated efficiently 
  • Conduct, manage and set objectives to regular project meetings
  • Escalate topics and produce detailed documents with action points and decisions
  • Work closely with account managers and delivery managers to ensure that projects and deliverables are being met
  • Creating and evaluating monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Assuring deadlines are met

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Expertise on JIRA software, including roadmaps and boards
  • Experience within software Industry
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Project Manager
  • Strong sense of governance and ability to timely escalate to the upper management risks and issues with an elaborated list of potential solution
  • Interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
