Project Manager


Our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team.  

The successful candidate you will be responsible for:

  • Ownership, execution and delivery of one or multiple projects
  • Define project scope, determine project milestones, monitor execution within budget
  • Act as a central point of contact to internal and external project stakeholders
  • Act as a front-line team player within a centralized PMQ framework
  • Ensure strict adherence to project management methodologies
  • Provide ongoing support through the project lifecycle
  • Partner with Change Management and other Project Stakeholders
  • Identification and resolution of issues and conflict management with a clear articulation of critical dependencies
  • Maintain an accurate and unbiased reflection of project-related risks and ensure timely escalation
  • Ensure that all delivery and roll-out are properly planned with appropriate risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain and store all project documentation in accordance with PMQ
  • Track progress and report status of ongoing tasks 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficient in business process improvements techniques
  • Proficient in change implementation and planning
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Minimum of three 3 years experience in a Project Management role
  • Proficient in English and Maltese

Education & Experience

Solid academic background in Business, IT, or Change management
