Project Manager (Finishes)

Our client, a real estate developer, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Monitoring construction processes to verify compliance with health and safety standards
• Identifying health and safety issues and promptly reporting concerns to supervisor
• Checking on dayworks for every project and record keeping
• Filling of quotes, pricelists, contracts, architect plans and photos taken on site
• Checking bill of works issued from the architect
• Doing all that is necessary to monitor that all properties are finished according to local workmanship
• Liaising with buyers/prospective buyers and company’s clients/customers

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Sufficient knowledge in using excel, word and email
• Excellent command of English. Maltese would also be a preference
• In possession of a clean and valid driving license
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

At least one year of experience working in project management within construction or similar
