Assisting the Business Development Team and Solution Consultants during the pre-sales cycle.
Creating or approving Project estimates prepared by Solution Consultants.
Creating Project Plans.
Managing Customer communication and expectations.
Managing the Solution Project Plan and the Solution Implementation Lifecycle.
Identifying and delegating and tracking Project / Support Issues.
Providing Customer Status Reporting.
Managing Customer conflict and resolution.
Managing and coordinating the support activities.
Coordinating project resources with the Head of division.
Managing and monitoring assigned team resources and their productivity and performance.
Reporting on Project Progress and Billing.
Contributing and improving and optimising processes and methodologies.
Assisting in the recruitment of required resources.
