Senior Production Operator

Our client, who is one of the leading companies in the Local Manufacturing Industry, is currently looking for a Senior Production Operator. The responsibilities include:

• Lead the team throughout the whole manufacturing process
• Assist and develop team members as required
• Monitor the production and ensure targets are achieved
• Assess the processes and procedures and recommend changes for efficiency when relevant
• Communicate internally at all levels 

Working hours - 3 shift basis
Morning:  06:00 to 14:00 / Afternoon:  14:00 to 22:00 / Night:  22:00 to 06:00
Monday to Saturday with Saturday being paid as overtime

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Experience within a manufacturing environment is a must
• Computer literate
• Fluency in Maltese and English
• Problem solver
• Good leader and communicator
• Analytical
