Production Planner

Our client specializing in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Production Planner. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Analyzing and preparing documents needed for production
  • Supporting the dispatch team in planning and managing finished goods and movement prior to shipping
  • Maintaining production schedules, document filing, and data reporting
  • Following up with teams to expedite the action required
  • Managing digital systems for intake and manufacturing purposes
  • Completing status reports for production progress
  • Interacting with shop floor-level management on a daily basis to resolve any issues
  • ensuring all information and documentation is available to stakeholders

 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fast learner with ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven individual able to do quality work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Manufacturing experience in a company using ERP systems is preferable

Education & Experience

MQF Level 6 or higher in in Mathematics, Planning, Manufacturing or other areas considered an asset
