Property Operations Officer

  Central Malta  |  €22,000 - €28,000 Annually 

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Operations Officer. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring they are well-maintained and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all properties under our management
  • Liaise with subcontractors for maintenance and cleaning, commuting cleaners to the location
  • Preparing welcome packs for tenants
  • Monitor stock - cleaning products etc.
  • Taking water & electricity readings and ensuring internet connection is set up

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, operations or admin
  • Must have a valid Maltese driving license
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Excellent communication skills in English whilst Maltese and Arabic preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
