Project Assistant (EU)

Our client, a well-established, boutique corporate service provider, is seeking to recruit two Project Associates to join their team. Amongst others, responsibilities will include:   

• Co-ordinating the implementation of multiple projects 

• Drafting of project applications for EU and Nationally funded programmes/measures

• Carry out evaluation and research work as necessary

• Report writing

• Liaison with clients, acting as a trusted advisor

• Handling day to day duties required for the smooth running of the company

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Candidates must already be based in Malta
• Excellent command of English; Maltese would be preferred
• Candidates must be mature, focused, attentive and driven with the ability to shift priorities and multi-task
• Candidates must possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Candidates must be able to work well independently and as part of a team

Education & Experience

• Minimum A Level Standard Of Education
• Candidates with qualifications in International Relations, European Studies or Business/Public Administration will be preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of strong, local, administrative experience
