Our client, an international insurance entity based in Malta, is looking to recruit a Technical Operations Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Cooperating with local markets to build and prepare product proposals
Conducting market research on maintenance products and benchmarking with competitors
Assisting with registering and administering service agreements
Analyzing and resolving issues raised by local markets
Driving and supporting projects to improve the customer offer and gain efficiencies
Handling invoices and sales requests
Providing daily support and backup for the Operations Manager
Skill-sets and Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal communication and team player qualities
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Legal status for employment in Malta
Programming / IT knowledge will be considered a strong asset
Education & Experience
A degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology will be considered an asset
