Operations Manager

Our client specializing in the industrial services industry in looking for an Operations Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating and controlling all operation activities
• Creating good relations with sub-contractors
• Managing the overall performance of the installation teams including training, recruitment and appraisals
• Ensuring the implementation of contracts with pre-determined estimates, budgets and time frames
• Managing and liaising all communication with the technical team, supply chain and sites
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Preparing payments, reports and handover 
• Negotiating with suppliers, clients and subcontractors with pre-agreed parameters
• Attending site meetings and monitoring the progress of work

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Project management experience would be considered an asset
• Fluent in Microsoft office applications
• Fluent in English & Maltese
• Possesing good leadership skills

Education & Experience

Possession of an HND in mechanical installations.
