Head of Client Relations

Our client is a company operating in Electronic Money. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Head of Client Relations

The Role

  • Ensure that the applicable procedures are implemented and these are all performed in accordance
  • Ensure standardised operations within the team
  • Set strategy and targets for client portfolio growth
  • Lead the team and train them
  • Prepare reports on the department and client performance

Experience & Qualifications

  • Have a minimum 3 years experience in corporate banking or similar
  • Have a minimum 1 year experience working in a management position leading a team
  • Having education in Finances, Economics, Banking or similar would be considered as an asset
  • Knowledge about payments would be considered as an asset
  • You must be fluent in English.  Knowing Russian will be considered as an asset
  • You  must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office


  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be analytical and have good time management skills
  • Be able to work independently and as a team leader
