District Manager (Operations)

  North of Malta  |  €35,000 - €40,000 Annually 

Our client who specializes in the retail industry is looking for a District Manager (Operations). Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the economic performance of 2-3 shops within a designated district
  • Regularly visiting stores and collaborating with Store Managers to establish focus areas
  • Assisting Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams
  • Mentoring Store Managers on store performance and provide support as needed
  • Addressing escalated issues and assist in problem-solving with Store Managers
  • Attending monthly meetings at the head office to ensure alignment with colleagues
  • Inspiring and leading the team to achieve their full potential in accordance with Leadership & Company Principles
  • Fostering an environment conducive to high-quality work
  • Implementing commercial strategies in collaboration with Store Managers to maximize turnover, including product exposure and sales strategies
  • Analyzing and monitoring KPIs to set challenging goals and ensure their achievement

Requirements

  • The flexibility to work different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills
