Contact Centre Manager

Our client operates in the Health Services.  As they are growing, they would like to engage a Contact Centre Manager.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Contact Centre and meeting of KPIs'
  • You will also do performance reviews and cost analysis
  • Roastering staff 
  • Taking on calls and resolving issues
  • Planning training sessions and in liaison with the HR department deliver them
  • Be the direct contact person for the Call Centre with the Management Team



Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Have a good business acumen
  • Experience within a Contact Centre is a must
  • Have excellent Leadership skills
  • Be attentive to detail
  • Be conversant in Maltese & English

Education & Experience

  • Preferably have a degree in Management
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
