Cafeteria Manager (salary + commission)

Malta  |  €28,000 - €30,000  

Our Client, an established catering company, is looking for a Cafeteria Manager to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will report to the CEO and will be responsible for:

  • The daily running of operations of the cafeteria and lead a team of 4 Supervisors, and the additional waiting staff. 
  • Managing of weekly roster of the Cafeteria staff members.
  • Ensure that the quality of the service provided is in line with the company’s standards and that the customers’ needs are met and exceeded.
  • Liaising with different departments to coordinate payroll matters and recruitment processes. 
  • Motivate the team and establish strong positive working relations, by monitoring overall performance. 
  • Maintain costings of all stock offered updated. 


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Hold a strong leadership and managerial skills, with a conscientious attitude
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Carries strong communication and problem solving skills with a multitasking ability
  • Able to work flexible hours

Education & Experience

  • Must hold experience in the Catering industry
  • Well proficient with Microsoft and IT.
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication in both Maltese and English
