Airline Revenue Accounting - Operations Manager


We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and manage our Airline Revenue Accounting Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our revenue accounting department, including overseeing the reconciliation of revenue accounts, developing and implementing budgeting and forecasting models, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.


  • Leading a team of Airline revenue accounting technicians and coordinators
  • Carry out regular observations to ensure fairness as well as a consistent approach to Quality Audits on all our processes
  • Work with Team coordinators to establish goals and process refinement
  • Develop and Maintain SOPS for process mapping in all units
  • Contribute into obtaining new clients
  • Oversee new project and their requirements
  • Implementation of new key clients and processes
  • Supporting clients in the provision of analytical support
  • Monitor the activities including account reconciliation, ensure clients billings are accurate and within timelines
  • Analyses and maintain accounting systems
  • Encourage and facilitate employee development through goal setting, performance feedback and monitoring
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients
  • Managing and developing of the team through succession planning
  • Ensuring adherence to SLAs and company budget


  • Experience working in the Airline Revenue Accounting field is a must
  • In possession of qualifications related to the Airline Revenue Accounting would be preferred
  • Knowledge of airline applications and the related IT systems, optimally with business and technology suppliers
  • Mindset to analyse complex problems with a willingness to keep abreast on IATA initiatives
  • Experience in managing system change related to Pax Revenue Accounting is ideal
  • Experience in Leadership and Management role is ideal
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent command of English language both in verbal and written skills
  • Ideally having eexperience working in an international setup with diverse employees
