Trade Marketing Manager

€30,000 - €33,000  |  Malta

In this Trade Marketing Manager role, you will develop marketing plans and managing the Marketing team towards reaching the company’s objectives. Other responsibilities include:

  • Developing a trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives
  • Identifying opportunities and creating trade marketing strategies
  • Managing and planning general duties for the department
  • Leading the development of Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve business objectives across all product categories
  • Putting in place, monitoring and improving processes that link all marketing activities with sales team
  • Working closely with Territory Manager to identify and capture market opportunities, by the increasing presence, and solidifying brand’s superiority

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires a:

  • Tertiary level of Education in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a managerial position coupled with strong acumen in branding, marketing strategies and events planning
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles

Skills

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English 
  • Be creative, dynamic and result-oriented 
  • Ability to work in a highly driven environment
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
