Our client, a growing software company operating remotely, is on the lookout for a Technical Writer to join their team and work fully remotely.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Writing different kinds of technical content, including software documentation, technical FAQs, plug-ins, etc.
- Conducting keyword research to identify target keywords on a specific topic or idea to plan and structure your work accordingly.
- Keeping yourself updated with current news about WordPress and its updates from time to time.
- Learning how the plugins work and how customers use them so you can contribute to improving the sales and support strategy.
- Assisting the customers and supporting them in the best way possible.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Have an excelleng command of English, both written and verbal.
- Hold some general knowledge and familiarity with WordPress (no need to have previous work experience in this).
- Be motivated to learn more about the role and be able to work on your own initiative.
- The candidate must be based in a timezone similar to Malta (-3/+3 hours)
- Previous work experience as software tester would be an asset, though not a must have.
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in an IT field
