We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our client's team and help with the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy and campaigns. As a Marketing Specialist, your role will involve working closely with the Director of Marketing, Strategy & Business Development, as well as other internal stakeholders, to support our marketing communications and digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in the creation and execution of the company's marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Provide assistance to the Director of Marketing, Strategy & Business Development in all aspects of marketing communications, digital marketing activities, and presentations.
- Generate and manage social media content across various platforms, including content design and production.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content for events, articles, videos, and related PR initiatives.
- Help with the production and compilation of content for our company's website, articles, and informational materials.
- Support event planning, management, and promotion.
- Contribute to the preparation of submissions for directories.
- Coordinate with external service providers, including photographers, designers, printers, and publications.
- Identify suitable media opportunities and recognition awards.
- Assist with marketing budgeting and tracking of budgets.
- Contribute to the development of internal communication campaigns.
- Aid the Director of Marketing, Strategy & Business Development in the execution of daily tasks.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills, as well as editing and proofreading skills in English.
- Knowledge of tools used for analyzing website performance.
- Proficient skills in using the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, digital marketing, or communication.
- Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
