Marketing Manager


Our client who specializes in the hospitality industry is looking for a Marketing Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Serve as the Group's ambassador, representing with local and international press, clients, business leaders, stakeholders, and partners
  • Build internal and extended capacity for delivering the Group’s conventional and digital media marketing operations in both B2B and B2C channels

  • Develop an annual integrated marketing plan aimed at realizing the Group’s marketing strategy across multiple channels

  • Create a framework for strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel partner networks to expand the outreach of the Group’s suite of services

  • Oversee PR and creative agency support, forming partnership relationships that add value and are cost-effective

  • Establish an organizational structure for efficiently delivering the marketing strategy and integrated marketing plan across all channels and platforms

  • Take full responsibility for content development, generation, and publication functions in collaboration with the C-Suite and senior management team

  • Guide, define, and implement the company’s marketing strategy across all products and segments

  • Develop B2B capacity and execution structures through integrated frameworks with major hospitality and entertainment-intensive business domains

  • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, products, sales, and marketing activities, recommending appropriate reaction measures

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting, as well as marketing reviews and reporting


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proven track record of practical hands-on experience in researching, developing and bringing a product from research stage to market
  • Previous experience in initiating innovative marketing solutions for competitive advantage and generating an increase in revenue
  • Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and successful public relations efforts
  • Previous local experience in a similar position

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree with a specialization in Marketing preferred
