Our client mainly deals with Fintech clients and operations, both banking and investments, that support financial and technology businesses with strategy, financial planning, marketing, and branding. As they are growing they would like to engage a Marketing Lead to join their team and will be reporting into the Head of Business Development and Sales.
Financial Services & Fintech Marketing Experience is a must
The Role
- You will spearhead marketing efforts for the companies financial services businesses both locally and internationally.
- You will develop marketing strategies, create sales collateral, and enhance brand visibility.
- You will conduct lead generation campaigns, setting performance KPIs.
- You will collaborate with business development teams is key to aligning marketing with sales strategies.
- You will do market research, competitive analysis, and budget management.
- You will oversee external agencies and freelancers to ensure quality output.
- You will handle event management, including industry conferences and partner events, is a key aspect of the role.
Requirements
- Experience in Marketing in a financial service, fintech or regtech environments is a MUST
- You must have strong leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management
- Have excellent communication skills
Education and Experience
- Qualifications in Marketing are considered as a great asset
