Marketing Executive

Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and coordinate marketing campaigns for the group. These campaigns may involve presentations, social media, print, mailing, or television advertisements, and often a combination of these. They are often tasked with brainstorming ideas which align with the company's vision and devising plans to execute these ideas. The Marketing Executive will manage the company’s webpage and work with other marketing team members and employees who help bring marketing efforts to realization, such as producers and graphic designers. You may also work with sales/customer service representatives and third-party service providers.


  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct surveys on customer response and behaviour to improve strategies further.
  • Responsible for the drafting and implementation of the marketing plan as approved by the BoD.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and understand competitors’ strategies and consumer behaviours.
  • Provide support to traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
  • Responsible for the social media platforms of the group, including Facebook Page, Instagram,etc and any other pages that may be developed in the future.
  • Administer the product priority promotional calendar.
  • Create and maintain the budgets for products as identified by the marketing forum.
  • Prepare and present a quarterly budget updated report to the marketing forum.
  • Develop and manage all internal communication systems related to marketing.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues based on the guidelines provided by the marketing forum.
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Analyse sales vs promotion data of the products.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.


  • Experience in content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web editing packages
  • Holds an excellent level of written and verbal English and Maltese a must
    The selected candidate has to be flexible and willing to work outside office hours and
    weekends as deemed necessary.
