Our Client, a leading Law Firm, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the implementation of promotional campaigns both at a departmental as well as at a firm level
- Creating news items and other content, optimised for web, in relation to marketing initiatives lawyers and advisors participate in
- Ensuring effective communication of such news on the firm’s website, social media and other content distribution channels
- Assisting in the dissemination of legal content across various online and print channels and identifying new channels for distributing such content
- Coordinating marketing events and sponsorships, content marketing campaigns and other marketing activities specific to the legal industry
- Assisting with the content submission process for key legal directories and other authority sites, ensuring lawyers are recognised amongst top-ranked legal professionals worldwide
- Coordinating the creation of a wide range of marketing material (including brochures and promotional items) ensuring the creation of material is of visual impact and within brand guidelines
- Acting as an ambassador of the firm’s brand and corporate identity
- Supporting the marketing team on various projects and in collecting and interpreting marketing analytics
- General marketing administration duties
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Excellent command of written English and strong overall communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail and well organised
- Experience and knowledge of Social Media Platforms, CMS, MS Office, Google Ads & Analytics
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign will be considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of HTML will be considered an asset
- Ability to work within a team and with tight deadlines
Education & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 1 year local experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Previous work experience
