Our client, a leader in Document Technology, Products, and Services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Administrator to join their team in a stand-alone post. Key responsibilities will include:
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general office support including document handling, filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Answer calls and manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Assist in organising meetings and maintaining internal records
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as required
Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating and posting content on social media and company website
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
- Maintain and update databases with customer and prospect information
- Contribute ideas to support brand visibility and customer engagement
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in BOTH Maltese & English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new skills
Education and Experience
- Previous experience or educational background in marketing is a must
