Our client who specializes in the hospitality industry is looking for a Cluster Corporate Sales Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Achieve sales targets by executing strategies within designated market segments
- Boost sales and profitability by developing and implementing projects aligned with the property's marketing plan
- Maintain timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Meet sales and profit goals by actively soliciting, selling, and confirming business as needed
- Work with the Director of Sales (DOS) or Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) to prepare contracts that balance profitability with guest satisfaction
- Ensure maximum daily occupancy through follow-ups on booked business
- Conduct market analysis to assess guest needs, occupancy potential, and optimal pricing
- Track reservations accurately for reporting and statistical purposes
- Plan and execute special sales activities and promotions; participate in sales calls and conduct onsite inspections
- Ensure that all functions operate within budgetary constraints
This role will require frequent travel
Requirements

Education and Experience
- · Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Corporate Sales Manager or in similar position with proven experience in the Hospitality industry
