Production Manager

Malta

A job vacancy for the Production Manager is available within the Manufacturing industry. Reporting to the COO your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that quality requirements are met and understood accordingly
  • Driving continuous improvement against safety, productivity and quality metrics
  • Managing budgets and resourcing 
  • Delegating administrative tasks as necessary to area leaders and operators
  • Establishing output requirements in line with targets set by the COO

Education and Experience

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a production environment 
  • Advanced level of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferably in possession of a Tertiary Degree of Education in Engineering

Skills

  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication in both Maltese and English 
  • Be able to work well in a team
  • The role of the Production Manager is with an international manufacturing company based in Malta.
