Engineering Services Coordinator

An Engineering Services Coordinator position is currently available with a growing manufacturer of specialised products.


  • Supporting the Engineering Services function (New Installations, Production, After-Sales, and Warehousing) in the day-to-day ongoing operations and assisting the function's top management with information, reporting and general administration required.
  • Being the first point of contact to interact with clients who are contacting the organization through the official communication channels
  • Escalating matters accordingly and following up with customers through phone and e-mail in relation to readiness for shaft survey and installation
  • Liaising with the Engineering Design regarding the ever-changing status of client projects and regarding clients feedback on surveys
  • Liaising with the Installations Team Supervisor in relation to circulating weekly priorities, as agreed during operations team meetings
  • Providing documentation needed regarding weekly project site inspections and ensure that documented checklists are returned for processing and approval
  • Liaising with the Sales Department, After-Sales Department, Warehousing, Information Systems, General Administration, and Production department accordingly
  • Following up regarding the KPI-related deliverables needed to be submitted
  • Any other duties that may be required

Education & Experience:

  • Previous local experience in the service field is a requirement
  • an MQF Level 5 qualification in Business Administration
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
