In this job as a Sales Manager, you will be accountable to guide the sales team to achieve the revenue growth targets set by the company while reporting directly to the General Manager.  Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and implement the commercial and sales strategy on the shop floor
  • Setting individual targets for sales consultants in line with the outlet’s target
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff while keeping motivation at a high
  • Lead, coach, counsel and mentor team members
  • Monitor daily sales activities
  • Taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • Instil the brand’s value in all team members
  • Manage the customer care department

Education and Experience

  • Graduate in Business Management is preferable
  • Previous experience in a managing people
  • Have a sales flair with a proven track record
  • Able to implement and follow processes
  • Excellent command of Maltese and English
  • Be computer literate


  • Positive attitude while possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed and responsible with a proactive mind
  • Good with reports and high level of business acumen
  • Passionate about customer care
