Business Support Manager


The Business Support Manager  is responsible for developing, measuring and implementing integrated business plans for specific Company’s Brands. Reporting Directly to the CEO, your responsibilities include the following - 

  • Efficiently supporting the Executive Team as required on administrative tasks
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
  • Organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Compiling reports and preparing presentations
  • Supporting in the development of business plans

Experience and Education

  • An Advanced Level of education or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years’ previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

  • Ability to work on your own initiative
