Senior Manager (Supervision)


Our client is recruiting for a Senior Manager (Supervision) vacancy in Malta. Liaising directly with the Chief Supervision Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  •  Assisting the Chief Officer in the day-to-day management of the department
  • Assist in the development of management goals and objectives of the department
  • Assist in the design and implementation of business plans and strategies 
  • Making sure the suitable resources are available in the department to be able to carry out work efficiently and effectively
  • Reviewing and improving where necessary existing processes and procedures to make the department more efficient and effective
  • Representing the Chief Officer in meetings and projects where necessary and recording proceedings and following up in a timely manner 
  • Continuous professional development

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Financial Services or Law or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a similar senior position
  • Good understanding of Law in financial services setting
  • Knowledge of Financial Services Regulation considered an asset
