Senior Associate - Direct Tax

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities:

- Advising corporate clients on matters of Cypriot and International direct tax.

- Preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns and related compliance work.

- Supporting and managing tax audits and correspondence with tax authorities.

- Monitoring and interpreting changes in local and international tax legislation and advising clients accordingly.

- Developing tax-efficient solutions in line with client's commercial goals and regulatory requirements.

- Participating in cross-functional projects with the Transfer Pricing and International Tax teams.

- Supervising and mentoring junior team members and supporting the department's growth.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and legal interpretation skills, with the ability to draft precise and clear tax advice.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to high ethical standards.

Education and Experience

• University degree in Law (fully qualified lawyer) or another related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Direct Tax compliance or advisory.
• Professional qualification such as ADIT (or in progress) will be considered an advantage.
