We are looking to hire a Regulatory Associate with great communication skills and the ability to explain, clarify and simplify complex information to clients

Regulatory Associate


  • Assisting in the advising of regulatory and compliance issues of companies falling within portfolio
  • Assisting clients with the setting up, licensing and on-going compliance obligations of regulated entities including investment schemes and investment firms
  • Coordinating regulatory processes such as internal audits, inspections and license renewals
  • Drafting documentation and forms in line with the Regulator’s requirements
  • Compiling and preparing materials for submission to regulatory agencies
  • Liaising with accounts and tax department in relation to statutory compliance of companies
  • Attending board meetings


  • The successful candidate must be a fully qualified lawyer and warranted to practice under Maltese Law
  • Ideal candidates should have 1 years experience in a similar role


  • A good team player, proactive, hard-working and with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work within set time frames
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative
