Our client, a leading law firm in Malta, is seeking to recruit a Litigation lawyer to join their legal team.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Participating in civil, commercial law, GDPR disputes amongst others as well as representing clients before the Maltese Courts and Arbitration Tribunal
- Providing legal advice to clients of the firm within different aspects of law
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing and negotiation of different agreements
- Providing legal services in relation to high profile transactions for developers, contractors, subcontractors and leading consultants both locally and internationally
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 3 years within Litigation
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken Maltese
