Our client is looking for a Legal Officer to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Provide and assist in the provision of legal advice,including legal research
- Advice on various issues related and assisting in the identification and analysis of legal issues
- Vetting and/or drafting of legal instruments/agreements
- Assist in advisory duties related to the formulation and drafting of policies and procedures
- Reviewing and/or drafting legislative instruments as may be necessary
- If and when necessary, assisting in matters related to litigation or potential litigation
- To perform such other functions or duties as may be assigned.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 3 years experience within a relevant role
- Excellent written and spoken of the Maltese language
- Critical thinker and able to adapt to a fast paced enviroment
Education & Experience
University of Malta Degree in Law - warranted or in the process to be
