Our client in the Telecommunications Industry is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel and DPO to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the CEO and management team with legal topics
- Advising on a range of commercial matters included technology, employment, internal and external contracts
- Be the main point of contact for the company in terms all legal matters including Data Protection and Privacy
- Draft agreements, contracts and NDAs when required
- Research and assist with policies and procedures
- Support the company when required
Skill-sets and Requirements
- At least 3 years of local experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in Data Protection
- A strong understanding of Maltese and European Laws
- Proactive and self starter individual
Education & Experience
In possession of a Law Degree
