Our client, a leading law firm in Malta, is looking to recruit a Maltese Lawyer to join their growing team. The candidate will report directly to the partners and will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Drafting of a number of commercial contracts for clients, whilst also providing legal advice pertaining to such contracts
- Assisting the vetting of loan and credit facilities provided by one of the firm’s main clients
- Review of public deeds and immovable property titles
- Review of draft deeds providing the credit or loan facility
- Liasing with various notaries and the clients respectively
Skill-sets and Requirements
- A locally warranted lawyer with 4-5 years experience
- Interest in litigation will be considered to be an asset
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to build good relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Maltese and English
Education & Experience
Masters Degree in Law obtained by the University of Malta
