Our client, a leading law firm, is looking to recruit a Lawyer to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of real estate and construction contracts
- Providing legal advice to clients on aspects of real estate, construction and civil law
- Providing legal services in connection with high profile transactions for developers, contractors, subcontractors and leading consultants both locally and internationally
- Working closely with various technical advisors on major projects in order to understand and address any legal issues which arise in projects
- Drafting and reviewing and providing advice on promise of sale agreements, contracts of sale or lease agreements
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar position
- Warranted under Maltese Law
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Maltese Civil and Commercial Law
- Knowledge of Maltese Planning Laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Maltese & English
Education & Experience
Obtained a University Degree in Law (Doctor of Laws or Masters of Advocacy)
