A key client of ours specialising in the Legal sector is currently looking to onboard a Junior Legal Analyst to join their team of professionals:
- Assisting lawyers with their day-to-day tasks
- Participating and contributing to internal discussions
- Conducting research on various legal or regulatory matters
- Writing blog posts and drafting and/or reviewing agreements, policies, procedures or any other documents required by the Company or its clients
- Any other ad hoc related tasks as assigned by Management
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Knowledge of company law, contract law, European Union law and financial services legislation, such as investment services, funds, financial institutions and/or capital markets
- Must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- Must have a keen interest in crypto-assets, blockchain technologies, and the regulation thereof
Education & Experience
Must be a graduated lawyer, ideally with hands-on experience in financial services legislation
