Our client, a financial institution is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Advisor to join their legal team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- assisting with the development and overseeing the organization's processes from a legal point of view
- drafting, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements as well as transactions
- supporting and providing the organization's different departments and units with legal advice
- resolving issues that arise from time to time within existing commercial relationships
- drafting legal letters and related documentation where required
- reporting in a timely manner on policies and developments
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Hold a good knowledge of laws and regulations within the financial services sector
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent command of both written and spoken English
Education & Experience
Fully qualified and locally warranted lawyer
