One of our clients, an established accounting and audit firm with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit a Junior Lawyer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general legal advice and support in various areas, including but not limited to corporate, commercial, employment, and intellectual property.
- Assisting clients with queries about corporate matters
- Be responsible that any legal obligations and statutory filings are submitted in a timely manner
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in accordance with the needs of clients
- Conducting legal research in accordance with the needs of the clients
- Providing support to the Legal Department as may be necessary
- Other related duties as may from time to time arise
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Civil / Corporate / Commercial law, preferably within an established professional services firm, a law firm or a similar advisory environment.
- Great work ethic and sound technical knowledge
Education & Experience
Local Law Degree or equivalent
