Head of Cosec & Legal

  Central Malta  |  €80,000 - €85,000 Annually 

Our client is a renowned company in Malta. The role is for a Head of Co-Sec and Legal position and it requires an experienced professional with a Corporate Services or Legal background. 

The Role

  • You will manage a team of 5 to 6 people effectively.
  • Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with clients, handling their queries and requests.
  • You will assit clients with their company secretarial function.
  • You will prepare and participate for board meetings to ensure smooth proceedings.
  • You will be responsible for organizing and managing regulatory visits.
  • You will liaise with regulators, ensuring compliance with expectations.

Requirements

  • Having a legal degree will be considered as a strong asset
  • The role demands strong organizational, leadership, and client service skills.
  • Compliance experience is not essential but will be considered an asset.
  • Be reselient and be ready to work in a fast paced environment
